Eye Examinations
A Comprehensive Eye Exam includes, but is not limited to:
Discussion of vision and eye health concerns, general health, and family history to tailor the consultation to your individual needs.
Assessment of distance and near vision and prescription of any necessary visual aids (glasses, contact lenses, sunglasses).
Screening for eye muscle/alignment abnormalities.
Eye pressure testing (screening test for glaucoma).
Full assessment of ocular health including all anterior and posterior eye structures (imaging may be required).
Additional testing available:
Dry eye assessment including tear film analysis scan.
Corneal topography (sometimes required for contact lens fitting or monitoring corneal disease).
Advanced retinal imaging.
Visual field testing (including occupational/driving tests).
Colour vision assessment.
